Let's face it, if you use a computer on a daily basis, eventually something is going to go wroing. That's not exactly the time you want someone telling you what you need to do based on their bottom line. With me, your interests will always come first. It is, and will always be my goal to get you back up and running at the lowest possible cost to you. That means:
I will never try to sell you something you do not need. I may make suggestions, but the decision will always be up to you and I will never use "scare" tactics to influence that decesion.
I will always discuss all costs up front with you before I perform any work. That gives you the best opportunity to make the best informed decision for you, not me.
You will be treated with the respect that you deserve as my customer. Your concerns are my concerns and I will work as hard as I can to take care of your computer problem in the most expedient fashion for you.
If I can't do the job, I'll tell you up front I can't do it so I don't waste any of your valuable time.
Finally, any advice or service I provide will be motivated by the desire to help you resolve your issue and keep it from happening again; not giving you a temporary fix so I can expect you to be calling me again in a few months.
